Status Update:
I have asked that Charles speak with the lawyers directly so as to express the urgency of our concerns and circumstances. We seem to be at a stalemate in our community in terms of participation, making the updating of the covenant all but impossible. I asked that they provide recommendations as to how we can make forward progress.
I will keep you posted with pertinent details.
